You can measure full height from skirting till ceiling point (till the point you wish to get wallpaper). Width would be maximum width of your wall. In case you need assistance, we could do a video call to guide you with the measurements.
These are custom made wallpapers so we could make them as per your wall size. You could either buy standard sizes as mentioned on our website, or square feet close to your wall size.
For majority of our designs it is possible to change colours and scale, however there are some designs where it is not possible. Please send us a screenshot of your chosen design and we shall get back to you shortly.
If size is bigger than 40 inches for your wallpapers, it will come in multiple panels. When they are pasted side by side they will form a seamless pattern on your wall.
As a policy, we DO NOT offer returns/refunds or exchanges on products which are delivered.
However, Your purchase is eligible for an exchange ONLY if it meets the following conditions:
An incorrect product has been delivered to you as per the confirmation email.
If the product you receive has a genuine manufacturing or quality defect as measured by us.
All refunds are processed within 7 working days. We normally credit the money in your bank account or mode of payment used.
A product is eligible for an exchange if the customer intimated to us within 2 days of receiving the product. Additionally, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
A lot of care and strenuous checking goes into each order. But due to circumstances out of our control sometimes the order gets damaged during shipping.
Your purchase is eligible for an exchange ONLY if it meets the following conditions:

If you wish to cancel your order that you have recently placed, write to us within 24 hours of placing the order at exp@globeindialimited.com.
We will accept a cancellation request if the order has not been shipped out.
For International orders, we cannot cancel once the order has been placed.
The production and shipment of the articles are customised, thus necessitating a processing period of 7-10 days.
The delivery period is contingent upon the shipping pin code and payment method, and typically requires an additional 2-5 days.

No we do not have COD option. Payment has to be made online before printing & dispatch.
We do not provide installation or wall preparation services. However, our customer support team can connect you with local installers in select cities who offer paid installation services. Typically, wall preparation should be handled by a painter.
The wall must be properly prepared with putty and oil primer (1 liter mixed with 300 ml enamel paint) for wallpaper installation. This preparation is the client’s responsibility and is not included in the installation scope. Proper preparation ensures optimal adhesion.
The wall must be free of any seepage or deformities, as seepage can damage the wallpaper.
The site should be clean and free of dirt or other ongoing work in the same room.
Additional charges will apply if the installer arrives at the site but cannot perform the work because the site is not ready. Please confirm the above conditions prior to scheduling installation. If you have any questions, please send us a text.
Our wallpapers require professional installation, which we do not provide. However, our customer support team can connect you with local installers in select cities who offer installation services for a fee. Typically, the cost is Rs 15-20 per square foot, though in some areas, the charge may be up to Rs 25 per square foot.
Please note installation services or issues resulting from wall or installation are not a part of our scope of work. Please do take care when installing the wallpapers or hiring someone to help with the install, as we are unable to compensate installation fees from third parties or take responsibility for installation errors.
These are easy to maintain wallpapers. You can clean them with dry or wet cloth. Please dont use any chemicals.
