REFUND POLICY

As a policy, we DO NOT offer returns/refunds or exchanges on products which are delivered.

However, Your purchase is eligible for an exchange ONLY if it meets the following conditions:

  • An incorrect product has been delivered to you as per the confirmation email.

  • If the product you receive has a genuine manufacturing or quality defect as measured by us.

A product is eligible for an exchange if the customer intimated to us within 2 days of receiving the product. Additionally, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. If you have received a wrong/defective product then please contact us within 48 hours of you receiving the product.

Please submit all tickets via. Call/Message/Email

All refunds are processed within 7 working days. We normally credit the money in your bank account or mode of payment used. 

If you wish to cancel your order that you have recently placed, write to us within 24 hours of placing the order at exp@globeindialimited.com.

We will accept a cancellation request if the order has not been shipped out. For International orders, we cannot cancel once the order has been placed.

There is no return or refund when it comes to digital products.
