REFUND POLICY

You can exchange the piece for a new product by shipping it back to us. We’d appreciate a feedback and reason for the same. A product is eligible for an exchange with a store credit only if the customer intimated to us within 2 days of receiving the product.

 

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

If the product has a manufacturing defect or a wrong product has been delivered to you, please email us at “exp@globeindialimited.com”. Your email should have comprehensive details along with images of the defects of the product delivered to you.

 

Your purchase is eligible for an exchange ONLY if it meets the following conditions:

  • An incorrect product has been delivered to you as per the confirmation email.

  • If the product you receive has a genuine manufacturing or quality defect as measured by us.

 

All items on sale CANNOT BE returned, refunded, or exchanged for a different item. All items that have been customized or custom-made for the client cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged for a different item. Additional non-returnable items are digital products.
