  • What is the Order Processing Time?
    The production and shipment of the articles are customised, thus necessitating a processing period of 7-10 days. The delivery period is contingent upon the shipping pin code and payment method, and typically requires an additional 2-5 days.
  • How much does Shipping Cost?
    Shipping is always free!
  • What are the Cancellation Options?
    If you wish to cancel your order that you have recently placed, write to us within 24 hours of placing the order at exp@globeindialimited.com. We will accept a cancellation request if the order has not been shipped out. For International orders, we cannot cancel once the order has been placed.
  • What is the Refund Policy?
    You can exchange the piece for a new product by shipping it back to us. We’d appreciate a feedback and reason for the same. A product is eligible for an exchange with a store credit only if the customer intimated to us within 2 days of receiving the product. To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. If the product has a manufacturing defect or a wrong product has been delivered to you, please email us at “exp@globeindialimited.com”. Your email should have comprehensive details along with images of the defects of the product delivered to you. Your purchase is eligible for an exchange ONLY if it meets the following conditions: An incorrect product has been delivered to you as per the confirmation email. If the product you receive has a genuine manufacturing or quality defect as measured by us. All items on sale CANNOT BE returned, refunded, or exchanged for a different item. All items that have been customized or custom-made for the client cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged for a different item. Additional non-returnable item is the digital products.
  • Can I Exchange a Product?
    A lot of care and strenuous checking goes into each order. But due to circumstances out of our control sometimes the order gets damaged during shipping. If you have received a wrong/defective product then please contact us within 48 hours of you receiving the product. Please submit all tickets via. Call/Message/Email i) Whatsapp us at +91-9830931845 ii) Email us at exp@globeindialimited.com For the exchange to be authorised, the order should be in the same condition as when you received it including the original packaging. When sending us communication about the exchange please include the below information Subject Title - exchange Reason for exchange Order Number & date of receiving the order. Please include any photo documentation with your request as visual aid to back up your claim. Please note that we accept exchanges within 48 hours of you receiving your order. We will accept exchanges only if you have received the wrong product or if there is a defect in the quality of your product.
  • What is the Digital Item Policy?
    You will recieve a digital link in your email ID after you make your purchase. If you do not receive the digital product link upon purchasing, you can immediately contact exp@globeindialimited.com with your transaction/payment details to ensure your product is delivered as soon as possible. There is return or refund when it comes to digital products.
